Will came over to look at the roof and especially a soft spot that was leaking. He provided a full report on the roof and spot with pictures as well as quotes to repair the spot and replace everything. The pricing was extremely fair and less than other quotes I’d received in the past. We...
After talking to several roofing companies, it became obvious that very few actually knew how to work on a slate roof. From my first conversation with this company, I could tell they were different. They were knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done without trying to upsell me....
Will and the team are super comprehensive and great to work with. Site cleanup was really well done as well, making sure there weren’t any leftover nails or debris.
I had a great experience with Will and the Manchester Roofing team! The installation crew was punctual, diligent and left everything cleaned up and in great shape. So happy with my choice to go with Manchester Roofing.
I’ve recommended Manchester Roofing without hesitation to friends and business owners, and they’ve taken great care of everyone I’ve sent their way. I also trusted them with my own 1905 historic home, which has a very unique metal shingle roof that required real expertise and coordination with several other contractors. Will was incredibly knowledgeable, easy...

Will and his team did an amazing job repairing our roof. Highly recommend. Great service at a fair price!
Great company with exceptionally high standards for workmanship, materials, and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company and will gladly refer them to others in the future.
Solid company. These guys work on all kinds of roofs including the old slate roof at our church. The owner does what he says he’ll do. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
If I could give 10 stars I would. The best and most reliable in the business. Will is such a delight and pleasure to work with. There no other company I would trust with our roofing needs.
Will and the Manchester Roofing team did an incredible job with our roof replacement in Dilworth. Pricing and warranty coverage was clear-cut; Will was knowledgeable on “need to have” vs. “nice to have” and acted in our best interest with the shingle choice and the work to be addressed. The team was highly professional -...
Manchester Roofing is top tier! Their service and workmanship are excellent. I highly recommend working with Will Legrand; he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I’ve always believed a referral means sending someone you care about to someone you trust… and I absolutely trust this company!
The quality workmanship of Manchester has consistently been on my timeline. It’s no wonder considering the thought and care they put into the work for their customers. Will is a guy who doesn’t cut corners but deeply cares, he’s been that way in many ways, not just roofing!
Will and his team are professional and also very approachable. They follow through on their commitments and deliver high quality work. Highly recommend!
Will with Manchester Roofing assisted us with a roof replacement on our home in Mint Hill. He made the process very simple for us and prepared all the documents we needed to request coverage from our insurance carrier (due to a hail event). He went above and beyond and even met with our adjustor at...
