Will came over to look at the roof and especially a soft spot that was leaking. He provided a full report on the roof and spot with pictures as well as quotes to repair the spot and replace everything. The pricing was extremely fair and less than other quotes I’d received in the past. We...

After talking to several roofing companies, it became obvious that very few actually knew how to work on a slate roof. From my first conversation with this company, I could tell they were different. They were knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done without trying to upsell...

We begin every engagement by analyzing the specific needs of roofing in Weddington through a comprehensive assessment. Our team walks the entire surface to document existing conditions and structural integrity with detailed photography. We then present these findings to ensure a clear understanding of the current state of the system before any work commences.
Our process transitions from evaluation to precise execution using high quality materials. We recommend systems from CertainTeed for asphalt shingle applications or specialty solutions for slate, copper, and cedar shake projects. Our crews install every component to meet exact manufacturer specifications. We conclude each project with a meticulous cleanup to leave the property in pristine condition.
Seasonal shifts influence how we manage roof replacement in Weddington during the autumn months. Falling leaves and cooling temperatures require specific adjustments to our installation rhythms and debris management. For example, we clear gutters and valleys daily to prevent organic material from interfering with the thermal sealing of new shingles.
We provide comprehensive warranty-backed coverage for architectural roofing in Weddington and nearby luxury enclaves like Myers Park and Foxcroft to prepare estates for the approaching autumn leaf fall and seasonal rain.

“Will came over to look at the roof and especially a soft spot that was leaking. He provided a full report on the roof and spot with pictures as well as quotes to repair the spot and replace everything. The pricing was extremely fair and less than other quotes I’d received in the past. We ended up going with the repair for now, which the crew knocked out in just half a day. We’ll definitely be getting Will and his team back for the full replacement when we are ready. 10/10”
