I started Manchester in 2021 because I wanted to build the kind of roof I'd want on my own home. Most of my early career was spent watching contractors mix and match materials, skip steps in the manufacturer system, and walk away when a warranty claim came due. That kind of work never held up, and I didn't want to make my career that way.
Every roof we install is built to true manufacturer system spec, staffed with crews trained on the materials they're handling, and backed by warranties we plan to be around to honor.

The install standard doesn't change based on your zip code.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We hold North Carolina general contractor licenses for both residential and commercial roofing and serve clients across the Carolinas, including Charlotte Metro, the Lake Norman and Lake Wylie corridors, the Triad, and Fort Mill, Tega Cay, and Rock Hill in South Carolina. We carry the insurance required for both residential and commercial work.
How does a roof assessment work?
Every project starts with a complimentary 25-point roof assessment. We walk the entire roof, photograph conditions, and explain what we find before recommending any work. There's no deposit, no credit card on file, no dispatch fee. If your roof is in good shape, we'll tell you that.
What warranty and financing do you offer?
Every roof we install is backed by robust workmanship warranties paired with applicable manufacturer material warranties. Financing is available for projects you'd rather pay over time.
