Will came over to look at the roof and especially a soft spot that was leaking. He provided a full report on the roof and spot with pictures as well as quotes to repair the spot and replace everything. The pricing was extremely fair and less than other quotes I’d received in the past. We...

After talking to several roofing companies, it became obvious that very few actually knew how to work on a slate roof. From my first conversation with this company, I could tell they were different. They were knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done without trying to upsell...

I’ve recommended Manchester Roofing without hesitation to friends and business owners, and they’ve taken great care of everyone I’ve sent their way. I also trusted them with my own 1905 historic home, which has a very unique metal shingle roof that required real expertise and coordination with several other...

If I could give 10 stars I would. The best and most reliable in the business. Will is such a delight and pleasure to work with. There no other company I would trust with our roofing needs.
We begin every project with a detailed assessment of roofing in Charlotte to establish a technical baseline for the structure. Our team walks the entire surface to document specific conditions through high resolution photography and technical observations. We present these findings clearly so you understand the current state of your building envelope before we propose a specific scope of work.
Our workflow moves from initial assessment into precise material selection where we recommend systems from manufacturers like CertainTeed for asphalt shingle applications or specialized producers for slate and standing seam metal. We execute the roof replacement in Charlotte according to exact manufacturer system specifications to ensure long term performance. Once the installation is complete, our crews perform a meticulous cleanup to return the site to its original condition.
The autumn season brings cooler temperatures that are ideal for the thermal sealing of new shingles across the region. We plan our production schedules to account for the specific climate patterns that affect roofing in Charlotte during this time. For example, the moderate humidity levels in October allow asphalt seal strips to bond effectively without the extreme heat that can sometimes compromise delicate architectural details during the height of summer.
We provide warranty-backed roofing in Charlotte and across the metropolitan region, protecting upscale estates in Myers Park, Eastover, and The Peninsula from the heavy leaf debris and temperature swings of the autumn season.

“Will came over to look at the roof and especially a soft spot that was leaking. He provided a full report on the roof and spot with pictures as well as quotes to repair the spot and replace everything. The pricing was extremely fair and less than other quotes I’d received in the past. We ended up going with the repair for now, which the crew knocked out in just half a day. We’ll definitely be getting Will and his team back for the full replacement when we are ready. 10/10”
