We provide comprehensive solutions for every home, whether you need a complete roof replacement or a precise roof repair. Our team installs true manufacturer systems from CertainTeed and GAF rather than mixing inferior materials. Will came over to look at the roof and especially a soft spot that was leaking. He provided a full report on the roof and spot with pictures as well as quotes to repair the spot and replace everything. The pricing was extremely fair and less than other quotes I’d received in the past. We...

After talking to several roofing companies, it became obvious that very few actually knew how to work on a slate roof. From my first conversation with this company, I could tell they were different. They were knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done without trying to upsell...

I’ve recommended Manchester Roofing without hesitation to friends and business owners, and they’ve taken great care of everyone I’ve sent their way. I also trusted them with my own 1905 historic home, which has a very unique metal shingle roof that required real expertise and coordination with several other...

If I could give 10 stars I would. The best and most reliable in the business. Will is such a delight and pleasure to work with. There no other company I would trust with our roofing needs.
Our team initiates every project with a comprehensive assessment of roofing in Waxhaw to establish a precise technical baseline. We walk the entire surface to document existing conditions through detailed photography and provide a clear explanation of our findings. This initial diagnostic phase ensures that we address underlying structural needs rather than just surface aesthetics.
The technical execution begins with selecting high performance materials from manufacturers like CertainTeed for asphalt shingle systems or specialized producers for slate, copper, and cedar shake. We install every component to exact manufacturer system specifications to ensure long term structural integrity. Our crews maintain a clean workspace throughout the installation and perform a meticulous cleanup once the roof is secure.
Autumn brings specific challenges to Waxhaw because falling debris and shifting temperatures affect how materials settle. We adjust our installation techniques to account for these seasonal variables. For example, we ensure that shingles receive adequate thermal bonding time before the first frost arrives to maintain the integrity of the moisture barrier.
We provide warranty-backed architectural roofing in Waxhaw, Myers Park, and The Peninsula to protect residences against the heavy rains and winds of the autumn season.

“Will came over to look at the roof and especially a soft spot that was leaking. He provided a full report on the roof and spot with pictures as well as quotes to repair the spot and replace everything. The pricing was extremely fair and less than other quotes I’d received in the past. We ended up going with the repair for now, which the crew knocked out in just half a day. We’ll definitely be getting Will and his team back for the full replacement when we are ready. 10/10”
